Jill Robertson is a highly experienced healthcare professional and Director at First Aid Train, where she specialises in delivering high-quality first aid training. She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals with the vital skills and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations.
With over two decades of dedicated service, Jill has an extensive clinical background having worked within the NHS and the private healthcare sector as both a Nurse and a Midwife. This clinical expertise is fundamental to the real-world relevance and accuracy of the training she delivers.
Jill delivers a comprehensive range of industry-leading first aid qualifications, with a particular specialism in Paediatric First Aid and emergency care for children and infants. She ensures that all training is effective and engaging, promoting deep knowledge and skill development through a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Nick Player is a highly experienced trainer and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), specialising in the delivery and quality assurance of first aid and pre-hospital emergency care training.
With a comprehensive background in high-stakes environments, Nick brings invaluable real-world experience to his role. This includes working as a Hostile Environment First Aider, where he provided critical medical support in challenging and remote locations. Additionally, his protective services experience both within the private sector and for the NHS has given him a deep understanding of safety, patient well-being, and conflict resolution within healthcare settings.
Holding qualifications for both teaching, assessing and pre-hospital care, Nick ensures that all courses delivered meet rigorous nationally recognised standards and are genuinely effective in real-life emergencies.
He is committed to maintaining the highest quality of training, guaranteeing that every student gains the competence and confidence required to save lives.
